Help identifying an old John Deere loader/backhoe?

Help! I took a risk and purchased an old john deere loader backhoe that is not running but the engine turns. I"m trying to identify the model number, but can't find any plate or serial numbers. I think it might be a 60's 2010, or 3010 model, maybe even a 400. I could not find the serial number plate on the frame, or on the right side of the engine housing I did locate on the right side of the engine housing where the serial number plate might have been, but no longer is. The backhoe has a model number 93; which I think is mid 60's vintage; so that gives a few clues. Once I get the model number, and approximate year trying to purchase a service manual so that I can tear it down and rebuild. Any help on identifying the model would be greatly appreciated! Not sure since I cannot see the engine. HUGE differences though between a 2010. 3010, or a 400. 2010 is a Dubuque engine and is in a class
of its own, along with the 1010 engines. Also uses a gear pump. 3010 is a Waterloo engine with a lot more mass and balancing gears in the
bottom. Has a piston-pump. A 400 is basically a yellow 2020 farm-tractor with a Dubuque engine and a two-stick transmission which you
clearly do not have.

Almost certain it's a 2010, underbelly and steering rod coming past the engine give it away.

Thanks for the help! So, sounds like it is not a 400series, most likely a 2010; but to definitely rule out it is a 3010; below is a picture of the right hand engine side (I can take more pics tonight. Anything here certify it is a 2010?

That is a JD 2010 DIESEL. RUN forest RUN!!!!!!! LOL

I got one of these type of repair jobs about 5 years ago. JD 2010 tractor, engine turned but would not start. It only took about $4K in parts and labor to get it to run. I hope your luckier than that but with a JD 2010 I am leaning towards your not.
