Help identifying barn finds

My fiance and I recently purchased an old farm that used to be used for tobacco farming. A lot was left behind that we were able to keep including a wire out rough looking but great running 46ish Case VA. There are a few things that I m not real sure of their purpose. The 2 pieces in the pics to start with. Any help would be great. The swivel piece I ve actually thought about trying to rig a buddy seat. The piece with the 2 wheels have me completely stumped!

it s not stuck I guess it s just how the pic makes it look. There s nothing on the other end at all. Just the end of the pipe is all.

Some sort of leverage tool, maybe to move a piece of equipment to hook or unhook??

I have seen post pullers made from wheels and a pole like that. Short piece of chain wrapped around bottom
of post and hooked to short end of pipe when lowered to ground. Then push down on long end of pipe and post
comes out of ground.---------Loren
