Help Identifying Case mounted plow

Hello: I was wondering if anyone could identify this plow model? I would like to try to find a manual for it. I am curious about the hitch. It looks like you could mount a cylinder in place of that link arm. For what? Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Gary Page

Hi Gary;

That is a Case plow, I think it is a model M. It is newer than a model BE. I have 3X14 BE, it has the I beam shaped beams. The BE came out with the 300-400 tractors. Your plow is eagle hitch. To use it for eagle hitch you turn the draft, hitch pins around to the inside. That flat iron you are asking about can be taken off and replaced with a two way hydraulic cylinder, it is used adjust the depth of plow instead of turning the center link. Change on the go from the seat.

What model MM tractor do you have there?

Hope this helps.

Charley.

It is a M series plow, I have one.

If the plow has 14 " bottoms then it is a m34.
The form number of the book you need is
Form 9-45032 Second Edition Dated 1/57.

The hydraulic cylinder replaces that flat bar with the slot.
