Help identifying Rear Tier Threaded Valve stem

I have a Ford 2600. I tried to pickup a valve stem replacement for my rear tires on a Ford 2600 from the same dealer that installed the tires. They sent me one that was smaller. I included pictures if someone could link me the appropriate replacement. Thanks!

You have the correct replacement part. You need to take some pliers to the knurled part and unscrew the old one.

The threaded section is smaller as you can see in the picture.

If you want to replace the stem on that one you need to pull the tube out. The stem is molded to the tube. They gave you the valve core housing which screws into the stem.

I see rust on the rim, so it must have fluid in the tire. Hold the valve stem where you have your micrometor with vise grips or channel lock and turn the knurled part with another pair of vice grips or channel lock so you don't tear the valve stem out of the tube. Best to have it jacked up with valve stem at the top. Wash off any fluid that comes out

The threaded section is smaller as you can see in the picture.

Corrosion and/or dirt has covered up the seam between the two parts.

Don't worry about messing up the exposed threads on the valve stem base. It's only threaded for that plastic nut to keep the valve stem from falling into the tire when you're inflating it, and the next time you take it out you'll probably be replacing the tube anyway...
