Help identifying the disk

I recently was gifted this disk and although it isn't perfect right now I would like to fix it up. If somebody could possibly tell me a manufacturer of it I would greatly appreciate it I was unable to find any tags anywhere on it and the only thing stamped on it were DH followed by numbers which I concluded stood for drag harrow and then the part number. Thanks again for anybody who could tell me a manufacturer for this.

I agree, All cast iron parts on an Oliver disc harrow have DH on them followed by a number.
