Help identifying this part

So I need the gasket behind the cover, which I’m assuming is the oil pump on my 48 8N. But didnt know for sure so figured I’d bring it to the experts lol. If anyone could confirm or correct me in saying that’s the oil pump that would be great. Also P/N’a are greatly appreciated! Thanks

That is the engine governor, not the oil pump. I suggest you invest in some manuals for your tractor, this site's store sells them.

Thanks for the insight! Didn’t realize this sites store sold manuals. And don’t want to be a smart-a$$ but I did say in this post that it was on my 48 8N lol but I will say it’s very possible on previous posts I may have forgot to mention that. But again, Thanks for the reply!
