Help me identify this loader

I posted these pictures in the Ford forum because I bought this loader a few days ago. The guy I bought it from said it came from a Ford industrial tractor, but he could not remember what size.

I cannot find a tag anywhere on it.

I had been hoping to mount it to my Ford 5000, but when I posted pics in the Ford forum, a commenter there was pretty sure it's an IH loader.

I have searched a lot online for Ford Industrial loaders and it seems to match some of them, but I cannot be sure without more detailed pictures.

Thanks for any help.

Looks like an IH loader to me. Can't think
of the number but 2000 sounds right. No
warranty on this answer however.

Thanks guys. The other commenter thought it was an IH 2001 loader.

Any reason why this would not mount on my 5000? I know I would have to fabricate mounts to the axle, but I don't know about the side plates for the frame if they would work, or if I had to fabricate those as well. It's a rather stout loader and is in really good condition.

most loaders were built by three companys.each company used 3-4 colors paint and different mounting brackets.years ago I hauled from them all.nothing to have three brands on same load.

It's a 2001. The 2000 was virtually the same but had dual bucket cylinders above the beams instead of a single one in the middle like the 2001.

It looks identical to the factory/dealer installed IH 2001 that is on my IH 504 utility except for the horizontal cross brace and mirror at the rear of the loader arm hinge points. A previous owner has also welded the vertical pieces behind the
bucket cylinder in order to install a regular implement cylinder. Your loader has the grille guard on it (as does mine), I don't often see that on the IH 2001 loader. It is a really great feature to have and in my opinion they never should have
sold one without a grille guard. That grille guard has saved the grille and tin on the front of my 504 many times. My 504 is 51 years old, and still has the original grille and tin with no damage. It is a good loader, in my opinion better than any
jobber loaders that were available in 1965. Your loader would work well on an IH tractor, but might be a challenge to adapt to a Ford 5000.

It is a 2001 loader. I think there is a mounting bracket for the front on the left up by the front. Loader was originally made by the Great Bend co. I think they are still in business. We had three of them and the center cylinder was obsolete for quite a few years. Google them they might have brackets yet.
Hope this helps you.

The one definite feature of a 2001 loader is that the ends of the boom arms are flat plates instead of box tubes. A 2001 could come with a trip bucket or a single cylinder factory.

This one appears to have an aftermarket cylinder rigged up for the bucket.

Thanks for all the comments. I will see if I can contact Great Bend.
I believe a little fabrication for the rear mounts and some for the side frame mounts and it should work.

Looks like the Ih loader. Now for mounts the back will just have 5/8 or 3/4 bolts that straddle the axle with an anle about 3/8 thick to fit the bolts. The front is a crap shoot. Most of the ones I have seen either have a bracket that bolts to the side of the front casting over the axle. Or they have a bracket that bolts so the cross pipe goes into a fork sort of deal on the front end. Ours has the side brackets. I think we drilled the rear holes out to take a 3/4 bolt.

Great Bend Manufacturing got bought out by Bush Hog in Selma AL. That was over 20 years ago. They have a parts dept. that should be able to help you. If you can't find the number, let me know and I can send it too you. I have it on my wall at work as I get calls about them all the time.
