Help me remove this pulley.

How can I remove this tripple groove pulley from my 9n PTO shaft?

That is a taper lock bushing, inside the actual pulley, gripping the PTO shaft. there is a split in the bushing, It and the inside of the pulley are mating tapers, so that the bushing grips the shaft when the three cap screws are tightened. you should see that two of the holes are threaded. Generally, the 3 cap screws that hold the taper lock bushing in the pulley are the same size and thread as the pusher holes in the bushing. Use two of those cap screws in the threaded holes to extract the bushing from the pulley.

Bees love to fill those holes with nests, so you might want to run a tap through the holes first, if you have one.
And tighten them each a little at a time when removing the sheave.

Use a little heat on the hub of the pulley, that will help loosen it on the tapered bushing.
