Help me value a TO35

I met a gal that said her husband died and she wants to sell his TO35. She sent pics and it looks like it has some minor oil leaks. The paint looks like it was brushed on and faded. Front tires are miss matched but good. Rear tires are miss matched and very weather cracked. No wheel weights. 3 pt link is there. Lights are broken or missing. Bare metal seat. It last ran a year ago but she said it needed a tune up. Generator doesn't work. One year old battery. All wiring looks like it is a mess. Located in SW Iowa. I'm not interested in buying it I'm just trying to help her determine a value. What is it worth. Thanks

Posting some pictures would help.

.

To35 has 3pt and live PTO. They are worth more than the typical Ford n-series stuck in a shed.

If it truly ran a year ago it likely only needs a tune up.

The generator might just need to hit the magic rpm to turn on. If it's still wired 6v that is most likely the problem. I got surprised with that by my family's heirloom. I converted to 12v and modern alternator so I didn't need to fuss about getting the generator spun fast enough to charge.

Add as many photos as you can.
If you can get it to start, make a tiktok short video to post.

I talked to the Gal last night and told her to get it running. I assured her that if it ran a year ago that there can't be to much required to get it to run now. I also told her to air up the tires so a potential buyer can drive it. I assured her that if it runs and drives it will double or triple the value.
Thanks to all the replies.
