Help needed

My IH 300 utility has been down for over a year. I have replaced plugs, wires, voltage regulator, coil, ignition, starter and rebuild the Carberator, new electrical ignition. No fire! Turns over very well but won’t start.
If anyone can help I would appreciate very much.

Yes it is the electronic ignition. The first electronic ignition ran for 30 months so when it went out I bought a new one hoping that would work
Hello Armadilloman, welcome to YT!
What scooter requested in reply 5 is a good starting point. So we all are on the same page is your tractor still the original 6 volt positive ground or has it been converted to a 12 negative ground system?
First a real easy check is to open the distributor cap and crank the engine to make sure the rotor is turning, this assures us that most likely nothing has happened to the camshaft gears and the distributor should be able to fire the engine. No matter 6 or 12 volts if the coil and EI module/brain box have power with the key on then go to coil terminal that is NOT fed by power from the ignition switch. Test that terminal to a good contact location on the engine. When cranking that terminal should flash or have on/off voltage. When working correctly the EI does the same as the points open and close the primary circuit of the coil to create a spark. Please test for these things.
