Help on replacing tilt steering cylinder

Trying to replace the tilt steering cylinder on a Deere
5425 tractor. Got the hardened pin out of the lower
end of the cylinder bracket ok but the Allen screws
(6mm) on the bracket on the upper end of the cylinder
are really TIGHT! We were using a 3/8 inch drive
ratchet and aborted because we were afraid of
breaking the screw. Any tips or advice would be
appreciated! Also would like to know how to find the
Deere Parts Catalog illustration page with parts
numbers for the cylinder and related parts. I just cant
seem to find it. My Deere dealer sent me part #
AL222225 which includes the cylinder and the nut it
screws into.

I would to know the part number of the rectangular
part that holds the nut. Thanks for any assistance you
can provide!
