Help with 430W

430W is not running smoothly and usually stalls when under load. I have adjusted carb according to manual but to not avail. New points, plugs and condenser. Carb recently rebuilt. Any ideas?

Sounds like fuel starvation since air is only there to promote ignition of the fuel.
There a number of small passages in these carbs that get overlooked. Sometimes even soaking them does not get the tiny rust and varnish out.
If the carb is good, it can be an air leak between the carb and intake manifold. This reduces the vacuum thus reducing the amount of fuel that is drawn in.
