Help with diesel pulling engine

OK, I'm looking for suggestions on what to do to a perkins 236 diesel engine to get the most hp for pulling. Any suggestions on pump work or alternate pumps would be great. Also, any ideas on potential head work? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
look at the later model tractors that used that engine for MasseyF, maybe turbo's etc. I know newer versions had increased hp. but what mods.
 
Some MF combines had 4.300 perkins. I think they were direct injected also. With some fine tuning on a dyno could get 90hp.
