Hesston 1014 Hyra-swing without rollers

Saw a 1014 Hydra(o)-swing at an upcoming auction (tomorrow am!!!) without (steel) rollers, seemed to be okay otherwise and in ok shape... Due to location (SW OK), don't need crimping due to low humidity and hot summers. Anyone ever operated one without rollers? Anyone knows if there are still major components to be had through AGCO ? Don't have much time, only until tomorrow...11-5 in the am... Thanks!

Leave it there!!Do not buy it!!My first 1014 hav the rollers fall out due to a broken frame.It would not feed (plugged and wrapped)at all till I remooved the bottom center of the pan.Then it left wide clumps that had to be raced just to get it narrow enough to bale.I hauled that POS to the scrapper.

I have used one without the crimper for corn but for hay no. Like Steve says it will not feed even.
