Sorry I am 10 months late seeing this post...
I have a 240 Utility with the front-mount IH blade - it is a heavy beast like it was designed for a dozer! Unfortunately I don't have power steering on that 240 so I get a workout with it. I usually only use the IH blade for moving dirt, etc... and I rigged up a Western snowplow that mounts on the same brackets that I use for snow - it is a lot lighter and it has power angle where the IH blade doesn't. I wouldn't get rid of either one though as they both have a purpose.
