The front tire mud scrapper fits an Oliver 70 narrow front. I looked at my 70 and it still has the U-clamp but the rest of the scrapper is gone. The 70 has only one hole and the U-bolt anchour's it.

Hey thanks, OLMax. I guess I will have to go out in the garage and look at my 70 to see if I can see where that hole is.
