HI LO shifting on a '91 era Case IH

Looking to buy a 395 and don't know where the range selector device is for the 8 speed. Tractor Data answers indicate it a switch to the left of he instrument. There is an after market toggle switch just to the left of the instrument panel, just above the fuel cut off. Is this the switch

You should be able to get 8fwd 4rev without any electrical switches. If the tractor did have an electric TA (doubtful to me) it would give you 16fwd. Please see my reply on tractor talk as to how to select high range.
