Honda engine - different clone sizes

I hear a lot about Honda 5.5 or 6.5 hp clone
engines. Do they make one in the 16 to 20 hp?

Horrible Fright has a 13, but that seems to be a large as they go. No doubt such things exist, it's just a matter of finding who is importing them.

On the practical front, it may be cheaper to find a lawn tractor or other equipment with the motor you want, that has other problems to make it cheap, and extract the motor (used, but perhaps not even a knock-off).
