Hood Hinges

I'm rebuilding a 1973 Ford 5000 I recently purchased. Almost finished and need hood hinges. Both sides of hood were bolted down when I purchased it and I want to replace the hinges.
Question: Are hinges different on ford tractors? I got a used set off ebay but they are different sizes and don't line up.
Are hinges specific to each model of tractor?
Thanks

I'm not sure if I understand your question that well and I'm far more familiar with the 3 cylinder tractors.
On those there was a couple of different placements of the hinges. I do not know why or if the difference was between early and late or gas vs diesel. The hoods on my 3000 are from two different tractors. Right one from a gasser and left from a diesel. When I went to put them on, the rear hinge was in the wrong location.
I drilled out the spot welds that held the hinge on and moved it.
Maybe this is what you need to do?
