I bought a payloader and the hydraulics are giving me grief. The lift and bucket wont work at all till t warms up a little, and then they work very slowly when I turn the steering wheel to the lock then back off just a wee bit. I don't think the pump is bad because I can push the front wheels off the ground by tilting the bucket into the ground. Thought maybe the filter was plugged so I took it out and am waiting for a replacement. There is a diverter valve which both steering and hydraulic lift oil passes through. I am suspecting this valve may be the cause but don't quite know what to do
