I must get at least 2 calls a day from people that can't speak or understand English.

" Fraud investigation. Sargent Anderson speaking, can I have your incident number please"
They hang up really quick.

I’ve used a variation of that along with interrupting them and asking if I can talk to them about their cars extended warranty. That normally results in an abrupt end to the call.
My nephew who is in cyber security says don’t talk to them at all because of voice manipulation they can do with AI nowadays.
So if your last name is Spam I ain’t answering
