Howard rotovator

One of my friends called me today and asked me if I knew anything about a Howard rotovator model J. I said I did not, but would ask you guys. Is a rotovator different than a rotiller? It is 48". Are they any good? Can you get parts? What are they worth?
Thanks

the howard rotovator really needs the howard tranny to run effectively on a ford. otherwise groundspeed for a till is too high.

I picked one up for $500 last year, think it's a 54". The N is too fast for new ground. I use it ona MF245.
They are built tough. Easy maintenance. New tines are available.
