hydraulic filter case W7 loader

My W7 loader has a hydraulic filter inside the oil tank. According to the parts manual it is a part number A33487 but this is not a good number on the case website. Does anyone know an alternative filter that will work?

Personally I would not use a worthless wix filter on a go cart but its yours do what you want,, filters are like oil the proper and Quality one is all I use

It looks like the same filter type CASE used and still offers for the older hyd. systems. We stock all those elements. Have you got a dimension?

I didn't bother to look last night but it just so happens that I have that filter along with these others, a friend of mines dad owned a Case dealership from 68 through 75 and was recently cleaning out the shop.

I will sell the one or all of them together , Email is open

Everything here has Wix filters...has had for 40 years or so as the local Co-op handles Wix. Not a problem so far and will continue to use them as Napa has them too if Co-op doesn't and Napa has a sale on filters now and then.

I agree with that casecollectorsc, Wix & Baldwin make good filters for engine oil and low volume hydraulic oil. For high capacity hydraulic systems like variable propeller pitch systems in ships Parker Hannifin filters are the top filter and in many cases the only one in allowance.

sorry guys I have seen many engines dusted due to those worthless piles,, I would sure hope they improved them from what they were I worked part time on the lube truck at the County here for years, we ran a fleet of 250 machines including trucks, they did not fail every time, but every oil filter at that time LEAKED from the worthless seals they used then,, like I have said for years here use what ever you want its yours,, but I do have a bit more experience with them from the 70's to the mid 90's I will bet than both of you combined, we changed up to 25 filters every day 5 days a week, I see a W-14 engine dusted Twice within two weeks from a worthless wix air filter and the seals they used then both times wix paid for a overhaul, I could go on about the Terex and CAT engines they also paid 100% to over haul,, they paid out of 75K to do them before my bosses finally said the cheap wix are done here,, we then went to using only OEM filters and never once lost a engine again,, as you can tell wix puts the same foul taste in my mouth that the crap oil rotella does,, oh I know its so great and the same BS its not even close yes there are other oils that are good oils but its not one of them,,, I wish you luck with them,, and sure hope they improved but I would never take a chance on my equipment as I depend on it and have no problem buying the best quality I can,, run yours how you like I will run mine,, I knew exactly who would be responding,,
