Hydraulic fittings R17 reusable

Looking for R17 reusable hydraulic fittings for 1/4 inch 1 wire hydraulic hose in a 2,000 psi system.

Can find R1, R2, R5 and R16 but no R17

Do they exist? and what happens if you use a generic 1 wire fitting ---- blow off?

Any time the fittings are not designed for the hose blow off is possible. If you know the brand of hose and the manufacturer of the hose does not list a reusable fitting for it that hose, I would take it as a sign to not install reusable fittings.

Can't help you to find those couplings but as inexpensive as pre-made 1/4" 100R17 hose assemblies are I would certainly go that route before trying to piece together something with parts that may not be compatible with each other.
