Hydraulic pump

Bought a dual 100 loader that came off a super MTA bolts right up except the hydraulic pump... Is there a way to adapt this to a pto pretty cheap. or should I just buy a pto pump. I do not have a belly pump and I will be taking the whole bucket of and on a bit. I found this adapter and I was wondering if it would work.

At what speed was the pump previously driven, and in what direction?

Even if the direction is correct, likely it is a fairly small displacement pump that was driven faster than 540 RPM PTO speed.

If that's the case, loader operation would be SLLOOOWWWW at 540 RPM's.

Do you have the answers to those questions (direction of operation and previous operating RPM's)?

I had one like that once. Drove it offbthe belt pulley drive. Workeg good. More power/speed than a regular PTO style pump. However,that one was most likely driven off the cranksahaft. A wege lock hub
sprocket on the front of crank chain driveing the pump on the outside of the front frame rail.

A 540 pto will be too sloe for that vane type pump.For pto use,you will need a 'farmhand' type gear pump.

Or mount the pump and a small engine on the
drawbar
