Hydraulics dont work after serviced

I have a NH 1720 with front end loader. The hydraulics worked fine until I decided to do some overdue maintenance. I got the tractor from my grandpa and he didn't take good care of the service and maintenance on it. I'm trying to get it back in shape. All the hydraulic lines were very rough. I replaced all of them. Dumped the hydraulic fluid from all three ports, Changed spin off filter. The filter has fluid in it. Now I can't get the front end loader or the pto to operate. I thought there might be a bleed valve on the hydraulic pump but I'm not seeing one.

I've had some problems when switching hydraulic implements. Front end loader, rear grapple, plow, swather, etc.

Most of the times these systems self purge. Cycling the cylinders can get rid of the air. Sometimes you just have to hold the valve open until the pump puts fluid in a cylinder that's drained.

If still in doubt.........maybe crack a soft line somewhere, like one of the loader cylinders. Put power to that cylinder until fluid starts to come out. If no fluid, keep chasing the problem all the way back to the pump to see where there's an issue. You can even crack a line close to the pump.

If the pump is making noise, it might not be drawing fluid. That's a worst case scenario........can ruin the pump.

Pretty generic stuff, but it's at least trying to point you in the right direction.

Solved with update

Under the right foot rest I had removed a large screw from some kind of diverted. It had a spring on top of it with a plunger. When I removed it I knew a out the spring but not the plunger. It ended up in the grass. That plunger allows the system to build pressure. I was otherwise just flowing fluid at a reduced rate through the system.
