ok guys i changed the milky oil cleaned out grudge as much as i could put new hyd.oil in it and now the pto wont go up or down now the lever feels like there no pressure on it. please help
 
1, need to know what machine?? 8n? 9n/2n? NAA? Other ford or tractor?

2, pto spins.. doesn't go up or down.

3, 3pt lift goes up and down.

depending on your machine.. and what you did to clean it.. you may have left control linkage disconnected or damaged if you removed the lift cover.

we need to know particulers to give you specific answers.
