I have a ford 960 tractor that I use for moving snow off my driveway. Yesterday when I started il the tractor it was about 25 degrees out. I let the tractor warm up and the blade lifted fine to drive out of the shed. When I set it down to start plowing it would raise up. So I bled the hydraulic pump and it worked fine the rest of the time plowing. What caused it not to come up again after it was already raised once.

You may have some water in the system so it could have frozen so the blade went up once then the water frozen so it would not go up again till it got a bit wamrer

Thanks for the reply I throes the tractor today and every thing was fine with so I don't know what the deal was

Let it sit for a few days with the temperatures above freezing and crack the drain plug and see if any water comes out before the oil.

Does not take much water in the system to cause odd problems. Then if you run it long enough to heat up the oil that in turn steams off the water so then your good to go for a while
