help, book says run test at 1000 rpm should have 5 gpm have none. new pump was installed all checks good in front of remote valves there with flow meter, book says next test remove third link plate, pull remote lever at 1000 rpms check for leakage pours out 1/2 pipe hole should only be drips pulled top off,took apart everything in there see nothing wrong other than broken snap ring at unloader valve cap. three point works fine any ideas
