The pliers with the split conical end... GOOGLE says it was patented as a "lead pipe expander tool".

Anyone here have or used one?

Never worked with lead pipe, but did run into lead romex ,made for underground. I might have some in the shop.

I've been around organ pipes in churches, and many (most) are lead. The organ builder I new and did a little work with had something just like that for working the ends of the pipes to tune them.

It is similar to exhaust pipe expanders I’ve seen. Although you’d have to have a really good grip to make that expand any type of pipe.

Maybe hold a cow when dehorning.
I don't think they are actually nose leads, since all of the other tools appear to be for flared tubing work. Also, true nose leads would usually have a hole about 3/4" in diameter at the ends of the handle for a rope to go through.

But... whatever that tool is for... the working end looks a lot like a set of nose leads for cattle.
