I NEED HELP

[MJ in the UK]

A Farmall MD as turned up here in the UK with an unidentified front axle with the tie-rod behind the front axle. From seeing pictures on this site I think it could be a Swartz axle so I would be very greatfull if someone could put a picture up and are parts still available. MJ.

I have been able to get parts for the one I have under my gas 4020 on the net. If you order tie rod ends be carful to get the correct ones. Several sellers sell the incorrect ends. I hate to say it but the expensive one is usually the correct one. The outside one, the one that wares, includes the shaft so it is kind of pricey. Some came with hubs and use a standard six bolt wheel a lot of the IH replacements used the hub from the tractor and the IH front wheel.
