Ice on Carb

After getting my Ford 641 started, it runs extremely rough andfrost(ice) begins forming on the outside of the carb where it bolts to the manifold. How do I solve this problem?

You don't. Carbs ice under the right conditions. The ice shouldn't hurt a thing. Both my 8N and IH M ice and run fine. If you have run problems look at fuel flow to the carb and out of the bowl.

That is just the normal thing a carb does till the engine get to the point that the manifold is warmed up. If it didn't do that then the carb would not be working as it should.
