identife farn wagon

I found this wagon It has 5 hole 16 inch wheels ,a steel tounge / with the tie rod assy behind the axle/the reach is a u shaped peice that is bolted to a larger u shaped one . the only # I can find are on the back of the hubs...(A) with a circle a round it & C P 5030 thanks ray

Yea, pictures of the tie rod setup, hitch setup, etc will maybe get you an answer. Just too hard from a description.
