Try looking up the number on the back of it. Second picture. RE155588 or something like that I might be missing a letter or 2 in the front. It's hard to read in the picture.
 
Anything other than the OEM brake pedal and its rubber pad where you must depend on it for life safety, is not reasonable. Power resistors in a plastic box are poor design from an engineering point of view, putting multiple resistors (that operate brakes) together makes no sense. I would recycle it with or at electronic waste. Jim

Good eyes. Just a little off. The number in the second photo is the patent number (which won’t likely help us much) is RE-25968.
