Identify this plow

[flying belgian]

Neighbor friend died year ago and his daughter is trying to sell his stuff. This is one of several plows he had and she asked me if I new what brand. There are no markings on the seems or wheel hubs.
Many of the parts are cast numbers Starting with letter n.
What say?
