Identifying ballast fluid

Here's a pic of some ballast fluid out of a rear tire. It's slightly yellowish. Can it be determined what type of fluid it is, or if it can be reused?

(quoted from post at 16:34:24 08/20/21) What does it taste like?
wanted to ask that myself, but then I thought, I would need several other 'beverages' first. :)

i wouldnt taste it, no telling what was put in there. but it probably is calcium chloride. it will have a slight oily feel to it. no problem re using it.

Put a washer or bolt in it for a day. Then take it out. If it is rusty the next day, it is most likely CC.

One sock, where abouts in the world are you? Does it get cold there?

I'm in New Mexico, at high altitude, and it does get pretty stinking cold here. The tractor came from Lubbock, and that place gets cold too. I put the sample in the freezer overnight, and this morning it was a slightly slushy solid.
