If given the choice

I'm looking for anyone's experience with the quality of these choices, I need to get a couple tubes for the tires on my Steiner mower, they are 22x11-8. My choices are:
Roadrunner from Farm/Fleet
Carlstar, formerly Carlisle, I can get locally
Heavy Duty from Rural King or
Hi Run from Northern Tool

Any of these I might be able to find at other places also. I am not worried about price, just looking for experiences with quality good or bad.

Just for a mower it don’t matter much on tubes , …, just avoid China made ones. Those. Can’t be trusted, and also just do u know China tractor tubes are half the thickness of a Firestone tube! And yes I have compared them. So u get less than what u pay for.

Ya, I suspect the Roadrunner and the Hi Run may be China made, have to look into that.

Just hunted it down, as suspected the two I mentioned are China made, the Carlstar could be, but the Rural King Heavy Duty are made by Firestone in Russellville, Arkansas.

I am not a fan of Hi-Run tires. I bought a Cub Cadet with a Hi-Run on it. It was noticeably larger in diameter than the other front tire. When I replaced the other tire with another Hi-Run, I let the new tire sit in the sun for three weeks at 30 psi and it never got as big as the first tire.

I too will not buy another China tube but Korean are popular here, used by every shop I visit, and provide good service for me.

Some Firestone tubes are made in China also. Have to look to find out. They are usually lighter than the USA ones.
