Igniton timing.

Timed my newly rebuilt c-113, in a C, by ear as I've done in the past..Mostly out of curiosity I'd like to hook up the timing light and check
it out. Does anyone know where I can find a spec in degrees BTDC at what RPM etc? None of my manuals cover the use of a light.

One question with four answers. Pick one:
1) When the C was built, IH said that timing with a light wasn't necessary. Static time to 0 degrees. So you won't find a lot of specs for a running engine.
2) Tractors with a magneto have a 35 degree lag angle.
3) Standard engines with battery ignition should be 0 degrees at 400 rpm and 30 degrees at 1815 rpm.
4) Engines with Fire Crater pistons should be 1 degree at 400 rpm and 25 degrees at 1815 rpm.
