IH 300U Carb

I've been away from this project for about a month. Rainy afternoon so I sat in the shop and put the kit in the carb. I bought the high end kit but the directions are not great. Been a while since I have done a carb and I was never a rock star at it. Less so now than then unfortunately. I am going to put up some pictures of what I have done with questions in the hope that people here could help me to make sure I have done it all correctly. But first, here is a picture of what I have NOT done:

The parts above are still in the bag. The ones on the right I believe I know what they are and did not replace. The brass tube in the carb is in decent shape and clean, so I left it there. The other two are a plug and packing. I did not see a reason to remove the old plug and packing.

The other parts I do NOT know where they go. The bottom spring and screw appear to go together but cannot find a place for them. It is enough to say that the 8 items on the left are a mystery and I am hoping someone can tell me what they might be. Late in the game I am thinking the small screw at top left may be part of the choke linkage, but I will let you tell me. The rest are a mystery.

Some help. The two brass cylinders are bushings for the throttle shaft.
The tube shape graphite like thing is packing for the high speed mixture adjust needle screw on the bottom front of the carb. The Spring probably goes on that needle.
Brass ring should hold the filter packing into the overflow drain in the bottom of the bowl (filters, grey to the right in your image)
White washer and Silver disc I don't know. Jim

Will give a shot at it. Ring and seal is used to replace seal material on choke shaft. Long screw and spring is maybe the idle speed screw replacement. Don't know what short screw is unless to mount throttle tub to carburetor but should be two if so. If 1/4 threads maybe a replacement for mounting bowl at corner near inlet screen without needing to remove screen when removing bowl with hex head. Plug with hole holds drip hole packing in. Expansion plug is for throttle shaft hole toward rear of tractor. Bushings are for throttle shaft. Gasoline carburetors didn't use a bushing with hole. If you have a different type the hole needs to line up with body when installed. If you have the small idle adjusting screw real close to manifold the hole not used. Small tube looks like the idle jet. Some kits make them generic so if replacing compare small hole size if you have small numbered bits or another way.
