IH 350 need help with timing

I have a IH 350 utility I had to change the points and condenser in the process of doing that I had to pull the distributor. I have now completely got it out of time somehow .I am not sure on how to retime it. when you turn it over it fires and when it try's to fire and you can tell it's not firing in the right order my. first attempt I found top dead center on the number one cylinder pull the distributor out rotate it 180° and put it back in and that didn't work either

Adding to the video, unless you have the right hood off it will be hard to watch the piston on a 350 as shown on the Farmall A in the video. So you will want to use the timing marks on the front pulley. This will probably require an assistant unless you pull all the plugs and turn the engine with the fan. The last of the four marks to come around in normal direction of engine rotation is Top dead center. The designation of the marks are by normal engine rotation. First notch to pointer 30 degrees advance, next 22, next 16 and last TDC.
The number 1 terminal at the factory clock position is at the 1 to 1:30 when looking at it from behind past the oil filter. Spark plug firing order is 1-3-4-2 clockwise.

Also make sure your spark plug wires are on correctly. The cap should have a number 1 stamped on it next to a hole. That goes to the number 1 spark plug. Then going clockwise the next hole should be the number 3 spark plug wire, then 4, then 2.
