IH 424 3pt housing plug

I am looking for help to ID the plug for this hole in the 3pt housing on a 424 IH. The plug is missing. The hole is threaded slightly larger that 1/2", but it is recessed with a 1 3/8" hole in the housing. The only guess I have is part number 172570, which is an expansion plug, but the book only shows 1 used. The hole has grease around it so it looks like it only had a threaded plug, but it courser than a standard pipe thread. Any help would be appreciated.

IMHO, you are missing Key numbers 20 (crosstube pivot bolt) and 21 (sealing washer).

#20, 2 used, Part #3044417R1 PIVOT, cross tube

#21, 2 used, Part #709840R1 SEAL WASHER, cross tube pivot

BTW, heres my 424, still in it's work clothes...
