I'm trying to remove the cabinet below the throttle and steering wheel.I seemto be having problems figuring out how to remove the throttle handle and the steering wheel so I can replace the pin in the steering column tosteer the tractor.Thanks

Lever is probably just stuck, may need to heat and or devise a puller.
