I have an IH 434 Gas tractor that won't start.
It turns over and catches but won't run. Gas pump pressure is good and I had the carburator rebuilt last year.
It seems as if it is starving for fuel but I'm not knowledgeable enough to tell if the carb is really set up right. It ran after the rebuild but has been parked for a couple of months.
If anyone has an idea what the problem could be, I'd appreciate the input.

I would make sure the strainer in the fuel tank is clear and that you have steady stream of fuel downstream from the tank.
It may start on what in in the carb bowl but if it can't resupply the bowl it won't stay running.

I think your carb has a fuel shutoff solenoid on it, they are prone to go bad. Or it might not be getting voltage. And I also think the final fuel line elbow into the carb has a screen in it, could be plugged.

Not absolutely sure but my 444 has those.
