Hi, I have an IH 504 with power steering, hydraulics and a 3 point hitch. All the hydraulics work fine as does the steering. The trouble is that the 3 point hitch sometimes takes 10-15 seconds to lift even when empty. It seems to be the same with or without an implement. It takes quite a while to raise if in any position in between up or down. Hydraulic oil is new, as is filter. Any ideas? thanks
