IH 504 rear weight

I have a IH 504 Diesel with a 2000 front loader on it. The tires are loaded and I also have 3 sets of wheel weights on each rear wheel. I still seem to loose traction going uphill even with the loader empty!
How much weight should I add in the rear without doing damage?

David,
Get yourself a 55 gal drum, put a 1" bar through it about a third of the way down the barrel, and turn the ends down for your lower arms. Fill it with rocks and concrete, that will keep your front end down !

Check the air pressure in your tires. I run 8 pounds in mine for loader work.
