IH planter identification

I’m looking at this planter does anyone know that the unit number is. And if there is a replacement wheel. I plan to center it back up on tool bar and use in my market garden

Is it driven by a flat chain or newer roller chain?

I have a bean planter with, I think 295 units, roller chain, and parts were available for it a decade ago still like roller sprockets, box lids, etc.

I also got a unit more like yours, it has I think 185 model units.

There are several other models in between, and even older units.

Many of the parts more or less fit across the models.

Your seed holler looks newer like my 295s. The framework of your unit is hard to see well, but looks older like the 185, or older.

I’m not sure you will find a new wheel, or could afford one if you did….

I’m sure you can find parts of one of these models and make it work.

Identifying it exactly would take a lot more detail. By this this many decades gone by, a good chance it already is pieced together from several different models as parts wore or the fiberglass broke down….

The seed box looks newer, the press wheel looks older……

I’ll take some more pics it’s 100 miles from me. Needing another one row planter. My old Covington is showing her age.
