I guess Im a new owner of an 1952 IH Super C..... now looking for a "belly mower" for such a critter......if any of you know where I can find one please tell me....thanks.

Look for a woods belly mower. I see them for sale quite often. You will need the correct attachment for a C or Super C. Check the classifieds and picture ads here at the top left or Craig's List or eBay.

I've got an artsway belly mower off a farmall b. You would need different brackets for your c. I'm located in central Minnesota.
