IH Tractor ID and wheel weights question

Hello, I was looking for cultivators, discs, and mainly wheel wheights for my new to me 1974 IH 140 tractor. An old farmer offered me this unidentified IH tractor for $200 with a pile of discs and cultivator spades that may fit on my 140. The radiator cap, seat and starter are missing I'm sure it probably need rebuilt he said it had been a brother's project. My mon says take the weights off and put it in her front yard as an ornament and fix it up if I want to.
I have tthree questions:
1. What model is it, and about what year? I didn't see a data plate, if it ever had one.
2. Are wheel weights all the same as in will these weights fit my IH 140 with larger tires? Both are marked L does that mean left? one is mounted with lug bolts and one with nuts??
3. What might the original steel planter that mounts underneath with a chain driven hopper (presently on another IH tractor) be worth? everything is rusty but looks cleanable and mechanically sound.
Thanks. I'm new, but enthusiastic and advice /answers are helpful.

On your question 2, the L does not mean left and yes one wheel weight is mounted with lug bolts and the other with bolts because the one side has a cast iron wheel center and the other side is pressed steel which is normal for that tractor to balance the tractor with the offset engine.

One wheel weight has the bolts poking in from the outside, and the other has them poking out from the inside. Most likely because those bolts look like they'd be too long if poked in from the outside, and would rub on the final drive.

There are no threads on the cast center that I'm aware of.

Farmall Super A built from 1947-1954. See link, there are multiple tabs with information on that page. Engine, Transmission etc. Scrolling to the bottom of the first page shows you where the serial number tag is under the seat, by that number you can see what year it is.

I have none of those small Farmalls so I have no use for the planter. I would start at $25 and work your way up to what ever value you feel comfortable with. A super nice fixed up one might bring $3-500, but trust me that is a left field shot in the dark. I have never seen anyone on here saying they are big buck gold mines. If they are someone will probably chime in.
