IH wrenches

Over the past couple of years I have bought about 100 IH wrenches and I am looking for a catalogue or listing of older IH tools, or book listing the same and where to get a copy. Thank you for any information.

Somebody posted the other day that implement wrenches were provided with the implements because farmers didn't have wrenches. I found that very interesting, and it makes sense that if you were farming with horses pliers were a good tool set, and monkey wrenches would handle most everything else. Lot's of change from then to now. I'll bet my grandpa didn't have a torque wrench. My dad always did mechanic work for his older brother, things just turned out better.

A most gracious thank you to those gents answering my request for information. I now have enough to digest that I will be busy for the immediate future, I have learned much and hopefully will be able to join up with other wrenchers in the not to distant future. Thanks again...Darald

A neighbor, gone now, once told me that there was once a farm implement, named Gail, not sure of the spelling, and not the one that made field choppers. They had all of their bolts not SAE, so the farmer had to get replacement bolts, and the wrenches from them.
Anyone else hear of this ?
