IH584 engine run problem

So it has been not wanting to run well for the last few days. Ran it a bit low on fuel and added more but that was pretty much the start of the problem. I was using it today and it really got bad and I just got it to where I could park it almost and it died. I got it to start back up but ran just long enough to move a few feet and die. Did that 3 or 4 times before I finally was able to park it. Fuel tank is almost full so check me does this sound like it need 2 new fuel filters??? Thanks

I would start by replacing the filters.

Agree. Sure sounds like a starvation issue. Make sure the air cleaner is operational as well. Jim

Almost forgot about the air filter but it should be just fine since I replaced it when I got the tractor and it doesn't have a lot of hours on it since I did that but might be good to check any how. This is the 584 I got 3 or 4 summers ago for free due to catching fire
